Members of the ESIG O&M Users Group are invited to attend the 2025 Fall O&M Users Group Meeting at the Wigwam Resort in Scottsdale, AZ.
The meeting will feature a plenary session, manufacturer-specific roundtables and tech talks. The roundtables provide the opportunity for frank and open discussion among users who share their information, knowledge and experience. As a reminder, participation in the roundtables is limited to employees of ESIG member organizations that own, operate, or maintain wind generation or solar equipment.
Below you’ll find information on accommodations. We encourage you to make your reservation as soon as possible. If your plans change, you can always cancel your reservation with the hotel up to 72 hours prior to your scheduled arrival without penalty.
Schedule of Events
We've made a few changes to the schedule!
- Splitting Solar into TWO tracks!
- Adding a working session for the revision of the Operating Practices Guidebook
- We will be alternating our Legacy Roundtables (Vestas Legacy, Siemens Legacy, and Gamesa) between the Spring and Fall meetings. If you have any Legacy questions, make sure to provide them to the Roundtable Chair prior to the conference.
- There will be no Blades Roundtable this Fall 2025, because we will be hosting the Blade Damage Workshop on Monday.

About the Pre-Meeting Workshop: Fifth Annual ESIG/EPRI Blade Damage Workshop
The goal of the Blade Damage Workshop is to facilitate discussions across organizations for the sake of:
- improving the industry's ability to respond optimally to blade damage or defects
- improving our collective understanding of emergent issues
- enhancing the dissemination of experiential knowledge of blade asset management strategy
The Blade Damage Workshop requires separate registration. Registration is FREE. The workshop will be held on Monday, September 22 at The Wigwam Resort.
About the Plenary: Current Views on Bolted Joints
Fasten your seatbelts for a riveting conversation on bolted joints during the Fall 2025 O&M Plenary session! From the foundation to the blades, wind turbines contain thousands of bolts. We will hear from speakers about typical failure modes, best practices associated with installation, maintenance, and inspection of critical bolted joints, as well as lessons learned based on their respective experiences. Be sure to join us for an informative discussion on what really holds wind turbines together.
About the Roundtables
The heart of the meeting consists of manufacturer-specific roundtables for user group members only. The format consists of open discussions, moderated by Roundtable Chairpersons, centered on a specific wind turbine component or specific model of wind turbine. The Roundtables provide the opportunity for frank and open discussion among users, who share their information, knowledge and experience.
Participation in the Roundtables is limited to employees of ESIG member organizations that own, operate, or maintain wind generation equipment.
