Please Note: the i2X Workshop on Monday morning and the events on Thursday require separate registration as they are not included in the Technical Workshop registration.

Student Attendance/Registration
Students are invited to attend the Spring Technical Workshop at no cost. We have a limited number of complimentary registrations available for current students. Additionally, a travel stipend is now available for students thanks to ESIG’s Sustaining Member, Polaris System Optimizations. If interested please email Brooke Brown at brooke@esig.energy to inquire about this opportunity.
Accommodations
The host hotel for the workshop is the Hyatt Regency Austin.
The special ESIG room rate is $251 per night and the deadline to make your reservation is February 21, 2025.
