Members of the ESIG O&M Users Group are invited to attend the 2023 Fall O&M Users Group Meeting at the Dallas/Fort Worth Marriott Hotel & Golf Club at Champions Circle in Fort Worth, TX.
The workshop will feature a plenary session and manufacturer-specific roundtables. The roundtables provide the opportunity for frank and open discussion among users, who share their information, knowledge and experience. As a reminder, participation in the roundtables is limited to employees of ESIG member organizations that own, operate, or maintain wind generation or solar equipment.
Below you’ll find a preliminary outline of the event schedule along with information on accommodations. The plenary topic will be announced soon, so stay tuned!

About the Roundtables
The heart of the meeting consists of manufacturer-specific roundtables for user group members only. The format consists of open discussions, moderated by Roundtable Chairpersons, centered on a specific wind turbine component or specific model of wind turbine. The Roundtables provide the opportunity for frank and open discussion among users, who share their information, knowledge and experience.
Participation in the Roundtables is limited to employees of ESIG member organizations that own, operate, or maintain wind generation equipment.
Meeting Rates
Please note: early-bird rates are available until Friday, August 18.
Accommodations
The host hotel for the spring event is the Dallas/Fort Worth Marriott Hotel & Golf Club at Champions Circle in Fort Worth, TX.
The special ESIG room rate is $154 per night. The deadline to make your reservation is August 28, 2023.
**We encourage you to make your reservation as soon as possible, as we expect our room block to fill fast due to a nearby NASCAR event that week. You can always cancel your reservation with the hotel up to 24 hours prior to your scheduled arrival without penalty.**
Please Note: We have a limited amount of rooms available at the government per diem rate. If you need a room at this rate, please contact Brooke Brown at brooke@esig.energy to make arrangements.
Cancellations and Refunds
All registration cancellations and requests for refunds of registration fees must be submitted to Brooke Brown (brooke@esig.energy) by September 14 to receive a full refund.
