Event Registration Rates

Below you will find a breakdown of registration costs for the Tucson meeting.

Please Note: all of the events on Monday require separate registration as they are not included in the Technical Workshop registration. 

Early-bird Rates are available to members of ESIG until February 6, 2025.

 

Accommodations

The host hotel for the workshop is the Loews Ventana Canyon Resort.

The special ESIG room rate is $249 per night and the deadline to make your reservation is February 23, 2026.

You can always cancel your reservation with the hotel up to 24 hours prior to your scheduled arrival without penalty.**
